Looks like this ‘exiting’ new bar on the ‘coroner’ of Beatty and Stoke Newington Road is dead cool (quite literally).

This drinks list doesn’t get off to the best start – omitting a space after Coke in the first line and the interesting pluralisation of fruit. But Avian Water is inspired – could it be water sourced from the finest bird baths or has an ‘A’ just been used instead of an ‘E’? Either way, I bet it flies off the shelves.

Well, they say exams get easier every year…

Newspapers love stories like this, and this one in particular was just made for the Daily Mail. The perfect illustration for the shameful decline in educational standards. Or something.

The Sunday Times is last word in flawless copy. Or is it? This feature on Lisa Snowdon appeared in the Style magazine a few weeks ago. Not only did it chug out the tired old crap about her ‘relationship’ with George Clooney but it also carried two (two!) typos in the space of two lines.

If it’s been highlighted, it’s been checked, right?

(Shamelessly stolen from the Sub-Culture Facebook page.)

This grocery store on Streatham Hill has not one but two massive blunders on its shop front for all to admire. ‘Vegtables’ rather than vegetables is at least heading in the right direction, but ‘Carabian’ instead of Caribbean (click on the pic to get a better view) is off the map entirely.
